Move-Out Note:

Please confirm by Wednesday, October 28, 2026, whether you require the official freight carrier for post-event shipping. If you arrange your own shipping carrier, please ensure they are scheduled to pick up your items from the hotel, NOT the advance warehouse.

All carriers must be checked in no later than 5:00PM on Wednesday, October 28, 2026 or freight will be shipped via LibertyCFS NV Inc.'s terms, Seven business day standard ground service, at the exhibitor's expense.

Additional Advance Shipment Information

All shipments must be sent to the advanced warehouse. The event venue will not accept direct deliveries due to the limited amount of storage available. 

Shipments should arrive between Monday, September 21, 2026 and Monday, October 19, 2026.

Please print the advance shipment labels by clicking on Material Handling & Shipping in the submenu bar.

Advance warehouse receiving hours are Monday - Friday: 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM. 

Freight received at the Advance Warehouse after the published deadline will be charged an additional 50% per cwt surcharge.
